For the past ten years, our team worked at a leading German AI company, where we lived and breathed artificial intelligence. We have seen the transition from simple chatbots to the complex, multi-modal Voice AI agents that are now transforming industries.
Through our work building production-level voice agents, we identified a critical vulnerability: the evaluation gap. While building is easier than ever, proving that a voice agent is safe, reliable, and consistent remains a manual, archaic process.
